Vital Equilibrium is designed to restore your body's natural equilibrium through a blend of holistic yogic principles and ancient Chinese practices. Held every Monday and Wednesday from 10-11 AM, this active class aims to enhance your range of motion and alleviate physical blockages with movements from Daoist Five Animals Qigong, Tai Chi, and Dao Yin techniques. While the primary focus is physical well-being, a strong physical foundation is essential for achieving enhanced mental health and willpower.

Inner Canvas is a twice-weekly class held every Monday and Wednesday from 11 AM to 12 PM, designed to elevate your awareness both within and outside of yourself. Through guided meditation, we deeply explore core principles such as "Zhi" (The Art of Stillness), "Guan" (The Portal of Observation), "Ru Hua" (Entering the Canvas), and "Wang Jia" (Unshackling the Form). These principles will guide you in dissolving ego-based barriers, understanding your true self, and freeing yourself from longstanding mental patterns. As you begin to channel and understand your own flow of Qi, you gain the capability to exert a transformative influence on both your inner world and the environment around you.

The 1-1 Guided Sessions offer you a tailored approach to your unique spiritual and physical journey. Available Monday-Thursday afternoons and Tuesday and Thursday mornings, these 60-minute sessions are customized to address your individual concerns, whether they be physical, mental, or spiritual. Drawing upon the rich array of practices featured in our other classes and going even beyond, this is your opportunity for focused, individualized attention to deepen your practice and accelerate your progress.

Open Practice
Open Practice offers you the freedom to engage in your own spiritual or physical practice in the serene setting of Bodhi Hill Oasis. Available Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9-10 AM, this is a self-guided time to meditate, practice Tai Chi, or yoga. While no instruction is provided, you'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and become familiar with our space. Guided Fridays | Open Drop-By Hours
This special Friday morning session from 9-11:30 AM allows you the freedom to practice on your own terms, with the added benefit of our lead instructor being available for guidance. Unlike our open practice hours, this session guarantees the presence of an experienced guide should you seek personalized support. It's a less formal way to deepen your practice, engage with the instructor, and connect with a community of like-minded individuals.
